Round 1 Mallory Park 15th April 2012

The first meeting of the year at Mallory park last sunday, a few teething problems as they are both "new" bikes, the bmw burnt its clutch out on the start line in the first BEARS race but we got it going again for race 2 and finished a reasonable 6th.
The HRD is up on power with the gardener carb and new 500 motor and the close ratio box is great, but i was having trouble getting off the start line as the 1st gear is so tall, finished 6th in the first race and 4th in the second race.
Lots of changes to make before the next meeting at Cadwell Park on May 19th/20th, looking forward to it.
